Documentary, Reggie Miller in KOOL SHIT OK GO struck gold with their famous "treadmill" video. somehow they managed to one up that video with is craaazy domino effect video that will BLOW YOUR MIND. apparently it was filmed in a two story warehouse, in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The "machine" was designed and built by the band, along with members of Synn Labs over the course of several months.

HBO, How to Make it in America, Kid Cudi in KOOL SHIT The other day I randomly wandered to the MOMA and saw a great exhibit on South African drawer/animator William Kentridge. I vaguely remembered his stuff from my history of animation class back in college. His films deal with his feelings of ambivalence about the privileges and comforts of the white South African society into which he was born. For all you animation-heads, you can see a very similar style of animation in the homie BLU's work. Did he bite his style, or is that an "homage"?
